"Myvm"... thinking of you Kate, of all the laughter and happy memories we shared.
For those who may be reading this and think i have lost the plot there was a running joke we had in medical records when things started changing in the office and we were saying "nmp" meaning "not my problem" and "nmj" meaning "not my job" etc etc.
So "myvm" stands for "miss you very much", making a silly joke we had into something meaningful.
